Founded by Ramzi Yamusah, a visionary entrepreneur from Ghana, Lifestyle Experiences is built on the belief that hospitality is a bridge between cultures, fostering understanding and progress. Mr. Yamusah’s passion for food and drink underscores his vision, recognizing their power to bring people together. Inspired by the African philosophy "I am because we are," he seeks to spread this message globally, emphasizing that true hospitality is about building strong connections and a sense of belonging.

Our Team
Rebecca Garton - Marketing & Business Development Manager
A BA (Hons) in Public Relations and Communications from the University of the Arts, London. With 10 years of experience working in hospitality and marketing in the UK. Rebecca has worked on marketing campaigns such as London Fashion Week and Arise Fashion Week in Lagos, with experience also working on campaigns in the UK music industry.
Dusan Sofranac - Director of Operations
Dušan is a passionate hospitality restaurateur with an all-embracing knowledge of high-quality restaurant and hotel management acquired over a 30-year career in London. Dusan moved to Ghana in 2020 and has been at the forefront of ensuring flawless experiences for customers, ensuring quality to a global standard, while continuously innovating to stay ahead of the curve.
Mercy Frempomaa Darko - Financial Controller
Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Ghana Business School and a first degree from the University of Cape Coast. She has 3 years of experience as an Investment Banker and 6 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the Hospitality Industry. Mercy loves to travel and go on new adventures.
Jeremiah Kofi Sam - Director of Upscale Dining
Jeremiah Kofi-Sam, with roots in both Britain and Ghana, commenced his postgraduate journey at Brunel University in 2008 and triumphantly graduated with a degree in Multimedia Technology and Design. His impressive career in the hospitality industry stretches over two decades, with 15 years spent in high-ranking management roles. His expertise has been instrumental in the development and establishment of the esteemed Bob Bob Ricard brand and its associated entities.
Mabel Nyaniba Tandoh - Group Human Resource Manager
Mabel holds an EMBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana Business School. She is also a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana (CIHRM), and an associate member of the Association of Certified HRs-Ghana. She has over 15 years of HR generalist experience in the hospitality, banking, and energy industries, and has also consulted for some major multinational companies.
